Upon auction close, Buyer sends payment by Cashier’s Check via FedEx within 3 days and notifies Seller of Tracking No.  Personal check is OK, but will delay Deed shipment by a few days.  Notarized Deed is sent to you, within 10 working days of payment receipt, in the name(s) and address provided to us and will be returned by FedEx email Track. No. emailed to you.  If you cannot comply with the terms of this auction, or pay per the stated methods, then PLEASE DO NOT BID!
