PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

All eight buildable lots are each over one acre. They are approximately 20 miles east of Show low, Arizona, on the north side of Highway 61.

From Show Low, take Highway 60 East 10 miles and turn left at the intersection of Highway 61. Follow Highway 61 Northeast 5 miles and turn left at County Road 8032. (Hillcrest Road)
Follow Hillcrest to Spuce Drive. Take Spruce up to Cedar, turn left. Follow Cedar to Ruth Drive. Turn right on Ruth, then left on Alabama Dr. and follow to lot 298 on the right side of the road. (see maps below to get to the remaining parcels)

TERMS

Bidding is on the Down Payment starting at $300. The bid is subtracted from the price of the lot which is fixed at $15,999. The remaining balance ($15,999 – bid = remaining balance) can
be paid off in cash or owner financed. Buyer may select a payment plan from the following:

Four Year Plan: Remaining Balance financed at 8% for 48 months ($383.26 per month if winning bid is $300 and remaining balance is $15,699)

OR

Six Year Plan: Remaining Balance financed at 10% for 72 months ($290.84 per month if winning bid is $300 and remaining balance is $15,699)

OR

Eight Year Plan: Remaining Balance financed at 12% for 96 months ($255.15 per month if winning bid is $300 and remaining balance is $15,699)

There are no prepayment penalties.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The winning bidder will be contacted immediately after the auction closes. Down payment and all information needed to complete the sale must be received by Pacific Forest Land, Inc. within 5 days
after close of auction or the property will be awarded to second highest bidder.
