1. The Winning Bidder just won the auction!2. The Seller has 24 hours to email the Buyer, asking for the information necessary to create the Standard Realtor’s Purchase Contract.3. The Buyer then has 24 hours to email the information to the Seller.4. The Seller has 24 hours to email to the Buyer the filled in contract and disclosure reports.5. When the Buyer receives the documents, the Buyer has 3 business days to sign the documents and send a copy to the Seller via mail delivery or email a scanned copy.6. The Seller sends the required documents and information to the Title Company within 24 hours. 7. The Title Company contacts the Buyer to complete the transaction. The Title Company will mail or email the Closing paperwork to the Buyer.8. The Buyer has 3 business days to notarize the Title Company’s paperwork, and mail the original notarized documents to the Title Company; along with purchase funds made payable to the Title Company (check or cashier’s check).9.
